Infiltrative

Fine needles for
Pain therapy

Special, long puncture cannulas for the application of medication or the guidance of a laser fiber as part of pain therapy, for example on the spine.

The Radimed fine needles are available to the user in various configurations. Different grinding geometries,
lengths, surface coating, as well as the possible use of a guide cannula offer each user individually preferred variants.

In addition to the properties mentioned, the “IMS” type offers, in addition to siliconization, greater flexural rigidity due to increased wall thickness.

COMBINABLE

Especially for the thin 23G fine needles, we offer a 20G guide cannula with facet cut to support easy skin penetration and targeted guidance even with long variants.

SHARP

Special grinding ensures easy insertion, even into deep tissue regions.

The following grinding types are available:

  • Quincke cut: A short version of the facet cut
  • Relief grinding: A bevelled grinding on the back

PUNCH-FREE

Unwanted punch infections are minimized by using a stylet with an adapted grinding angle. The stylet is optimally fitted into the respective fine needle.

SCALED

To assist with positioning, all fine needles are provided with a galvanically applied, abrasion-resistant depth scale.

SMOOTH

The fine needles of type “S” and “IMS” are provided with a special sliding coating (dry siliconization), which reduces the sliding resistance of long fine needles.

The products are individually sterile packaged and can be purchased in units of 10 or 50 pieces.
